The practice Dashboard is the mission control for the practice. It gives a variety of user groups information about the current state of the practice, what are the most pressing tasks that need attention, and quick ways to address them.

Veterinary practices are often very chaotic environments. There are people, and their animals navigating the halls constantly. Some practices even schedule appointments every 10 minutes or less, back to back, all day.

Naturally, vets and their staff don’t have time to navigate through their software to find important information they need, right now. Our goal was to provide that information concisely, clearly, and in the easiest manner possible.

The practice dashboard has evolved the most over the last 6 years. We constantly evaluated feedback and feature requests to ensure we were providing the best experience possible. This page has seen dozens of iterations. That process consisted of quality of life reviews, UX strategy, design, user feedback on prototypes, and post launch feedback monitoring.
